In addition to basic mowing and/or weeding, you are interested in other curb appeal details like making sure flyers aren’t left on the doorstep and random debris isn’t collecting in the driveway or the porch.
We realize that these are important services to you, and so, as a customer needing seasonal, short-term, or on-the-market services, your business is just as important to us. We have a lot of experience with customers who live out of town and need someone trustworthy to “keep an eye on everything” while servicing the property. One time, we noticed a break-in via a back door window and we called the police, waited for their arrival, and connected them with the out-of-state owner on the phone. We also have done a lot of work with realtors and property managers working with listed properties and the additional subset of tasks to deal with in that arena.
